ROSIE BELLE FARM QUICK CURRY SEASONING BLEND
We are big curry fans on The Farm. While I usually prefer to make it the old fashioned way, by toasting and grinding each individual spice, sometimes I lack the time and/or motivation. This quick curry blend uses ground spices to save on time.
Blend the following:
2 Tablespoons ground coriander, 1 Tablespoon ground Turmeric, 2 Tablespoon ground Cumin, 1 Tablespoon ground Cardamom, 2 teaspoons Black Pepper, 1 teaspoon crushed Red Pepper, 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon, 1/2 Teaspoon ground Cloves, 1 Teaspoon Ground Ginger.
